Shipping policy

Shipping is the main way we deliver our products to you, the customers, so we take it pretty seriously. All our products come with free shipping when you spend $35 or more in the USA. A $10 flat rate applies for Canada and international prices will be calculated at checkout.

After you place your order, we package our freshly roasted Bird Firendly coffee and ship it out every Wednesday of the month. Please get your orders in by Tuesday at noon (12pm) PST to ensure they get packaged for Wednesday shipping.

Shipping once dropped off typically takes 2-6 business days to reach a customer after it is sent to the post office on Wednesday afternoon and we typically deliver via USPS ground, although UPS on occasion for large packages.
